What's the refund policy?
7-day refund if the bot is technically broken (can't activate, won't snipe, runtime errors). No refunds for trading losses — sniping pump.fun migrations is high-risk and many tokens go to zero. You're paying for the tool, not for profitability.
How does payment work?

Tokens are one-shot — they bind to whichever Telegram account activates them first. If you share your token and someone else activates it, you're locked out. The first claim wins. So technically yes, you can give it away, but you lose your access in doing so.
Is this safe? Where do private keys live?
The trading wallet is custodial — generated by the bot, private key encrypted and stored in our database. You can reveal your key with /reveal_key (with admin confirmation) and withdraw funds to any wallet at any time. We can't move your funds without your action, but we can read your key. If that's a dealbreaker, this bot isn't for you. Non-custodial sniper bots exist but trade off speed.
